HOW IT WORKS:
Send me a message, either through Instagram or email, regarding your interest to sign up as a powerlifting client. I will send you over two forms that you are to fill out so that I can get some information regarding your lifting experience and status. We will find a time to meet and discuss a plan, goals and start date and I will give you all the information, forms and other materials that you will need to get started. I will then construct a personalized exercise program, provide you assistance with form, as well as recommended dieting tips that go hand-in-hand with your goals.
We will track your progress together and make adaptations to the program as needed. This will ensure that we are moving in a continuous forward motion towards your goals and prevent hitting any plateaus. We will also connect through phone as needed, and I will be available to answer your questions via text anytime.
